Terms of use for this website.
Plain terms for an informational website that does two things: explain a method, and invite one qualification email.
Informational content
This website describes IndeProof's method, internal pilot protocol, and qualification process. It is informational. Browsing it creates no engagement, license to services, or contractual relationship of any kind.
Examples are labeled, and mean what their labels say
Demonstrations and the sample closeout report use synthetic or controlled example data and are marked as such wherever they appear. They illustrate document formats and classification behavior. They are not customer results, performance claims, or guarantees, and must not be relied on as any of those.
No offer is made here
- Nothing on this site constitutes an offer of services, a service-level commitment, a warranty, or professional advice.
- Sending a qualification email begins a conversation only. It does not initiate a pilot, grant or request system access, or create obligations for either party.
- A pilot exists only when both parties have agreed and frozen an Outcome Contract in writing, under terms agreed at that time — not under this page.
Claim discipline
IndeProof claims only what preserved evidence directly establishes. If any statement on this site appears to promise more than that, the narrower reading is the intended one — and we would genuinely like to hear about it at alex@indeproof.com so it can be corrected.
Qualification requests
- Qualification is an evaluation of one proposed business outcome: whether it is valuable, testable, and independently provable.
- Either party may end the qualification conversation at any time, for any reason, without obligation.
- A qualification answer — including a positive one — is not an offer, a reservation of capacity, or a commitment to run a pilot.
Pilots and separate service agreements
- Any pilot, engagement, pricing, or payment exists only under a separate written agreement executed by both parties.
- Pilot scope, fees, data handling, and system access are defined in that agreement — never by this website.
- Pilot-related data is handled under the terms of that written agreement, not under this page or the site's privacy page.
System access and credentials
- This website neither requests nor accepts system access. Verifier access, where a pilot requires it, is granted only under a written agreement, using separate least-privilege, read-only credentials arranged at that time.
- Never submit credentials, API keys, tokens, or confidential evidence through any channel this site provides — including email. Qualification never requires them.
Acceptable use
Do not misrepresent this site's sample materials as real customer results, remove their labels, or present its content as certification of any system. Do not scrape, republish, or reuse the site's content to imply endorsement. Do not submit credentials or confidential material through any channel this site provides.
Intellectual property
The IndeProof name, wordmark, and the content of this site belong to IndeProof and may not be reused to imply endorsement or verification of anything. Limited quotation with attribution — for evaluation or commentary — is welcome.
No guarantees; limitation
- This site is provided as-is, for information. IndeProof makes no warranty about the site's availability, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IndeProof is not liable for damages arising from use of this informational site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
- Any commitments IndeProof does make are made in written agreements, which control over this page.
Service availability
The site may change or be unavailable at any time. Pages, sample materials, and the described protocol may be revised as IndeProof's work progresses.
External services
The site is served by a hosting provider, and email travels over ordinary email infrastructure; both operate under their own terms. This site contains no third-party scripts or embedded services beyond that.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change as IndeProof grows; the current version is always this page. Material changes will be visible here — there is no account system through which to notify anyone.
