From one email to a closeout report.
Six steps. Each one is bounded, and none of them commits you to the next until both sides agree in writing.
-
You send one workflow
A single email describing one business outcome your systems assert but nothing independent confirms — in plain language. "Every paid order creates a fulfillment record within five minutes," for instance.
Send: the outcome, and roughly where the claim and the proof would live.
Do not send: credentials, API keys, tokens, exported data, or anything confidential. Qualification never requires them. -
We evaluate it together
Qualification asks three questions: Is the outcome valuable enough to be worth proving? Is it testable — specific, bounded, observable within a window? Is it independently provable — does a genuinely independent proof source exist that IndeProof can read without trusting the claiming system?
If any answer is no, we say so and why. An honest "IndeProof does not apply here" is a valid outcome of qualification.

An Outcome Contract is drafted and frozen
Together we fix the exact outcome, the independent proof source, the byte-precise matching rule, the deadline and window, the settlement rules, and the fail-closed classification behavior. The contract freezes before anything counts — no rule may bend after execution begins.
Access, if any is required, is scoped to least privilege: a separate read-only verifier identity, never shared with the producing system. Access is arranged through a private, agreed channel — never through this website or introductory email.
-
Scope, fee, and schedule are agreed in writing
Scope, access boundaries, deliverables, schedule, and a fixed fee are agreed in writing. Pilots are fixed-scope and fixed-fee, with no automatic renewal. There is no public price list — the fee is quoted after qualification.
-
The pilot runs — only after explicit agreement
For every claim inside the pilot's scope, the second instrument checks the independent source, applies the frozen rules, and preserves sequenced, integrity-protected evidence. Uncertain stays uncertain. Late is failure. Exclusions are recorded, not hidden.
Approximate shape, based on the internal protocol: on the order of ten operating days, with mandatory re-audits and no day closing while events remain pending.

Closeout
You receive the closeout report — the frozen contract, every claim, what the independent source showed, every verdict including the uncertain ones, and honest statements of what the run does and does not establish — together with the sequenced, tamper-evident evidence artifacts behind it.
Ready when you have the one claim.
Qualification conversation only — no credentials or confidential evidence.
