This site is built to know almost nothing about you.

What this website collects

• No account system. There is nothing to sign up for.
• No forms. The site does not collect or transmit form submissions; contact happens through your own email client.
• No analytics scripts, trackers, or advertising pixels are included in these pages.
• No cookies are set by this site's own code.
• Standard technical logs (such as request logs kept by the hosting infrastructure) may exist at the hosting layer, as with any website.

If you email us

• Your message goes to alex@indeproof.com, a monitored mailbox, via your own mail client. Email travels over ordinary email infrastructure and inherits its properties.
• We use what you send solely to evaluate and respond to your qualification inquiry.
• We do not sell contact information, add you to marketing lists, or share your inquiry with third parties in order to evaluate it.
• Please do not send credentials, API keys, tokens, personal data beyond your contact details, or confidential evidence. Qualification never requires them. If you do send sensitive material unprompted, tell us and we will delete it.

Examples and data on this site

Every identifier, digest, table, and scenario shown on this site is synthetic or drawn from a controlled internal protocol. No page displays customer data, because none exists here to display.

How long information is kept

• Qualification correspondence is kept while the conversation is live and for ordinary business record-keeping afterward; there is no automated retention system beyond a standard mailbox.
• If you ask us to delete a qualification thread that led nowhere, we will, unless a legal or operational obligation requires keeping it — in which case we will say so.

Access, correction, deletion

Email alex@indeproof.com to ask what we hold from your correspondence, to correct it, or to request deletion. There is no self-service portal because there are no accounts; requests are handled by a person, and honestly.

Service providers

The site is served by a hosting provider, which — like any host — may keep standard infrastructure logs under its own policies. Email transits ordinary email infrastructure. This site adds no analytics, advertising, or third-party scripts on top of that.

Pilot data is different, and separately governed

If a qualification leads to a pilot, any data involved in that pilot is handled under a separate written agreement negotiated at that time — including scope, access, retention, and return or destruction. This page governs only the public website and qualification correspondence.

Security, stated honestly

This site holds no user data to breach — that is its main security property. Email is only as secure as email is. No security certification is claimed on this page, because none has been issued.
